was going to play badminton, but apparently it's on Thursday now :roll: :evil:

Never mind, I still had a migraine hangover anyway so it was probably for the bast. Riding to work tomorrow.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
