Today I did walk and jog away the pounds 30 mins and plan on doing walk and kick when I knock off

30 mins stepper, 30 mins treadmill & 15 mins excercise bike this morning
35 min walk at lunchtime

In addition to the 1 mile ... I also did the 2mile WATP as promised :)

Totalling 3 miles = 4.8km's :shock: :D 8)

20 min morning walk

45 mins ultimate boot camp
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
