This morning I went for a walk along the beach, went up and down a big flight of stairs, threw a stick to my dog about 15 times.
I'm about to go do some skipping. Its really hard!
SW: 91 kg
CW: 94.7 kg
GW: 70 kg

Goals:
1. 91kg (my original SW)
2. 85.5kg (BMI in 'overweight' category)
3. 80kg
4. 75kg
5. 70kg (BMI in 'Normal' weight range)

This morning...
40 mins on my cross trainer (which has now been fixed, so it no longer wobbles, but it now squeaks loudly instead... I could hardly hear the telly lol)
20 mins run along the river

At lunchtime...
20 mins walk

Tonight at the gym...
20 mins stepper
20 mins cross trainer
and maybe 5 mins on the rower, maybe.
Plus some abs!! Poor abs keep getting ignored.. must give them some attention!

40 mins home cardio + 5 mins stretching
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

30 min walk and kick

also:
- 5 min on bike (new, and seat was hurtin my ass so gonna work into it a bit)
- 5 min belly dancing (also killed me)
- 15 min on fit ball doing crunches and core strength :)
