I did the WATP 3 miles and I only did 15 sit ups ..... the first 10 I did normally, then the next 5 I held for 5 seconds before doing my next sit up !

Run/jog/walk 15 minutes (as a warm up for the tae bo)
30 minutes tae bo

Wow you guys are so awesome with your exercise! I feel so bad now for doing nothing today :oops:
Had my baby girl Leah on 13/12/10!

Weight at 40 weeks: 81.5kg
SW 4 days post-baby: 74.4kg
CW: 67kg

1st mini goal: 72kg - DONE!
2nd mini goal: 70kg - DONE!
3rd mini goal: 67kg - DONE!

4th mini goal: 64kg

90 min walk

30 min fitness circuit - pushing myself to the limit, maybe too hard, felt quite dizzy and sick afterwards.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

80 skips
60 crunches
80 squats
60 leg lifts
20 push ups
SW: 91 kg
CW: 94.7 kg
GW: 70 kg

Goals:
1. 91kg (my original SW)
2. 85.5kg (BMI in 'overweight' category)
3. 80kg
4. 75kg
5. 70kg (BMI in 'Normal' weight range)
