Fridays & Sunday's are usually my day off. However I've decided instead of having complete days off that I will do the 1 mile walk and 20 sit ups.

So today, I did just that ! Get to relax tonight :D

Today:
100 skips (skipping rope)
20 mins of bike riding
20 crunches
40 squats
20 pushups
80 leg lifts


I did more yesterday, im a bit sore from them : P
SW: 91 kg
CW: 94.7 kg
GW: 70 kg

Goals:
1. 91kg (my original SW)
2. 85.5kg (BMI in 'overweight' category)
3. 80kg
4. 75kg
5. 70kg (BMI in 'Normal' weight range)

55 minutes Tae Bo Extreme its the first time I have tried the extreme CD I have to admit its awesome anyone who likes Billy's bootcamp will probably enjoy the extreme tae bo!
60 minutes walking.
