55 minutes ultimate bootcamp.

Great work guys!

Absolute Zero - when are your weigh ins? I want to see your progress since you seem to work so hard with your exercise!

Ok, today for me:

40 min walk (2 20min walks)
20 mins swimming laps
30 mins home cardio - leg magic, skipping, star jumps, squats, ab work etc etc
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Normally today is my weigh in Fiona except that its TTOM so Im not even going to look I normally gain around 2 kgs at this time of the month :( . Other than that Im not really loosing anything and am staying around the same weight. Im not upset about it, I can feel the difference and my clothes are telling me that Im toning so Im happy enough at the moment :)
