Absolute Zero - when are your weigh ins? I want to see your progress since you seem to work so hard with your exercise!
Ok, today for me:
40 min walk (2 20min walks)
20 mins swimming laps
30 mins home cardio - leg magic, skipping, star jumps, squats, ab work etc etc
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
