Treadmill 1hr 30 mins(1020....a guess because the damn thing stopped counting at 999 but I was only 2 mins or so away from finishing so I figured it would only be about another 20. 10.7km!!!) A huge effort today because I didn't do much yesterday and I wasn't working.

Yesterday I did nothing, except walk around the shops all day... how lazy

woops, wednesday... wednesday I hit the gym for an hour, 45 mins cardio 15 mins on weights.

Rode to work and home again
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
