20 min walk/run

45 mins home cardio - leg magic, skipping, mens pushups, ab work, star jumps, squats, twists, punching, kicking etc

15mins pilates
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

2 hours mucking about in pool

30 crunches with ball
30 clamshell crunch with ball
4 side planks (5 sec hold im soo weak in my arms!)
30 back extention with ball
15 bicept curls with reisitance band
50 thigh master thigh squeezes
50 thigh master arms squeezes

NO MORE EXCUSES!!

CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)
