treadmill this morning for 30 mins(3.7km, 295cal). I should really go on their this arvo but I really don't feel like it! :cry:

1 hr Body Pump class ........ which made my face go like this :oops:

rode to and from work (2hr) and played badminton (45min-1hr playing)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
