30 minute circuit at the gym.....and 100 ab crunches before I go to bed tonight!!! Now I've written it, I have to do them :mrgreen:
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

6 Isometric Squats using fitness ball and holding squat for 30 seconds each
24 step ups ( 12 with each leg leading )
12 push ups
24 bicep curls
12 normal crunches
12 crunches with legs @ 90 degree angle

Stretching
SW: 233.2kgs - Nov 2012
SW148.0kgs - 14 Oct 2014
CW 141.2kgs
GW 132kg

20-25 min stroll around the block late at night. easing back into fitness :D

100 squats with resistance band
100 lateral lunges left and 100 right
100 Lying Abduction right and 100 left
100 Lying Adduction right and 100 left
100 reverse crunches
100 crunches
50 calf raisers

I didn't do much as I worked 9hrs on my feet!

15 min walk
15 mins combo of leg magic, skipping, mens push ups, jogging on the spot, star jumps and ab work.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
