45 min cardio combat class

15 mins swimming non stop (half freestyle, half breaststroke)

Will add more as I go today, will be doing at least another 30mins of something.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Morning

2 Mile WATP

Evening

2 Mile WATP
6 Isometric Squats using fitness ball and holding squat for 30 seconds each
24 step ups ( 12 with each leg leading )
12 push ups
24 bicep curls
12 normal crunches
12 crunches with legs @ 90 degree angle

Stretching

Upped my walking to 2 mile in the morning - which was a complete mistake but couldnt be bothered stopping the dvd and met goal of increasing squats by one :D

and
a game of netball - yah!! :P
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)
