Well troops !!!!! I'm heading off to my Body Balance class.

Yesterday I got 'Pumped' and today I'm getting 'Balanced'.

I guess that's what I'm doin' to my rolls huh .... :wink: ......haha

Wonder when my other half will get around to giving me a 'Service' ... hehehe :lol: ..... hey .... at least it's still exercise huh !!

Ok - enough of that talk ......

didn't do any exercise today. I figure the badminton last night can count for today. I think I'm going to arrange it so i ride on Thursday and play badminton, then have Friday as my day off so I can sleep in an extra 1/2 hour as I get home late after badminton.

I nearly got blown off my bike yesterday too, so i figured today was not such a good day to ride as the wind was forecast as stronger.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
