My back has been giving me alot of trouble during the day, so I decided to give the night session a miss.

30 mins fitness circuit

20 mins swimming laps

20 min walk
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

30 min walk/jog
circuit 1 rep(first time doing):

10 Isometric squats
30 sec jump rope
5 lunge on each leg
jog/powerwalk intervals 5 mins
10 push ups
30 sec squats with front kick
stretching

Hope to do every night increasing numbers and reps
140/117/85

You all put me to shame!!

30 minute curcuit at the gym....then pushing the trolley around the supermarket and lugging bags up the stairs to my place!!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)
