1 hour martial arts class

30 mins curves fitness circuit

Will add on anything else I do...don't have much steam left though :lol:
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Can someone convince me i HAVE to do my 30 minute circuit at the gym rather than go home and sleep....

It's only 30 minutes....
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

Add 20min walk to mine (2kms)

Ali - you're right, its only 30mins, you can do it! It will really help with your weight loss, tone those muscles and in the long run it will make you feel better AND its so satisfying to be fit! I found it really hard to exercise in the beginning, now I am truly addicted, you will be too, just push yourself :D

You're right Fiona....I went to the gym and not only do I feel good from the work I did, but I feel brilliant for going when I didnt want to.

So - my post -

So far.. treadmill 33.45 mins speeds 6.0 to 9.3 flat
4 kms (without stopping woot woot)
will be doing my other exercise during LOst

30 mins Bodylicious
1 x Circuit:

15 Isometric Squats (I was crying by the end!)
45 sec jump rope
7 lung on each leg
5 min flat out on bike
15 push ups
45 sec squat with front kicks
100 crunches
20 crunches with legs at table top position...
140/117/85
