Treadmill 1 hr(635cal, 7.4km) lower cals because I only had it on incline 2 so I could jog. Managed to jog in the beginning of the session for 12 and a 1/2 minutes so I was pretty pleased with that. Was jogging at 8.8ks an hour. Next time I jog I will aim to do 13 minutes minimum.

did the shopping and cleaning the house today.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

So far - nothing, hoping to drag my friend down to the beach for a jog tonight though, will re-post if it happens!

yep, i did it, went to the beach for half an hour, walking and jogging, not long but its something.
