SW 74kg
GW 55kg Achieved 31.1.08
CW 54.6kg
Body fat reduced from 38% to 20.2%

50 Lying Abduction right and 100 left
50 Lying Adduction right and 100 left
50 reverse crunches
50 crunches
50 scissor kicks
50 bicycles

7.5kms on the cross trainer :P
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)
