Was going to have a sleep in and miss this weeks bike riding lesson (yeah, like I need it now
), but I woke up a 8am anyway, so I went and did about 2 hrs of riding, although it wasn't as intense as I usually ride.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
