Was going to have a sleep in and miss this weeks bike riding lesson (yeah, like I need it now :roll: ), but I woke up a 8am anyway, so I went and did about 2 hrs of riding, although it wasn't as intense as I usually ride.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Treadmill this morning for 1hr 30 mins(980cal, 11km). Would have like to have taken it up to 2 hrs but had washing to hang out and once I hit 999 cals thats the end of counting the calories and the time ends at 99.59 mins as well. So will aim to get on again this afternoon after taking the boy to soccer training. I could join in on the training session but with all those 11 and 12 year olds running everywhere it's a wee bit scary!
