1 hour at the gym, here is what I did:

10 mins jogging on treadmill @ 9km/h
10 mins x trainer
5 mins rower
5 mins exercise bike
30 mins combo of machine weights, ab work + stretching

30 min walk
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

45 min RPM class
Upper Body Weights + Abs + Stretching

15 minutes Pilate's
