30 minutes boot camp I can't do the kicking ATM cause of my broken toe :(

20 mins jogging on the treadmill at 10kph

10 mins x trainer

5 mins rower

5 mins exercise bike

30 min walk - unplanned, my car broke down 3kms from home late this arvo :x
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

30 minute circuit at the gym....not great but not bad considering I had NO motivation and went anyway! 8)
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

Ali thats great! The point is that you pushed yourself and did something and did the required 30mins a day. Well done, i'm proud of you girl :D
