45 min walk

Will do something else later and will add on then :) probably my home cardio routine.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

70 minutes mowing
30 minutes gardening

25 mins home cardio - leg magic, kicking/punching combos, jogging on the spot, push ups and ab work.
