Rode to and from work today. Got caught at work late and had to ride half the way home in the dark, but it wasn't too bad.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Walked 50 mins... included were some censored hills... had me huffin and puffin.

the trick with hills is you don't try to do it at the same speed as the flat. Just try and keep your breathing at a reasonable level. I used to hate hills with a passion, so much so I chucked a hissy fit at the bloke after he took me on a romantic weekend away and we did a bushwalk which involved a hill. Not a good look. No I don't mind them, although I'm sure having lost 20kg makes it much easier now.
