15 mins on my cross trainer
30 mins intervals on the stepper
30 mins treadmill, 12% incline, 7.4kph
15 mins excercise bike, level 5
3.5km walk in the stinky hot heat at lunchtime
rowing lesson tonight, although I doubt that will add to my calorie balance for today lol.

15mins x trainer
15mins exercise bike
15 mins combo of ab work, step and push ups

30 min walk on the beach

1hr walking around shops
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

30 minute circuit class at the gym
5 km bike ride
All done in about 39 degree heat...YUCK!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)
