Well done Helen! I'm so excited for you that you've started the running program
10 min x trainer
13 min exercise bike
20 min abs/push ups/step
2.5 hours walking around shops (fast walking though)
30 min beach frisbee which was stacks of running since the wind was insane!
I pigged out yesterday though so needed to do about 3 x what I did above to even come close to burning off excess calories
But man, the cakes, 'melt in your mouth steak' and ice-cream were worth it!!! Going to have to step it up today and eat like an angel!!!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
