15 minutes exercise bike
10 minutes tready incline

Alternating dumbbell bicep curls 8 x sets of 12
Dumbbell hammer curls 8 x sets of 12
Dumbbell lateral raisers 4 x sets of 12
dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x sets of 12
dumbbell reverse flys 4 x sets of 12
150 Bicycle Crunches
50 crunches
50 reverse crunches
