30 min walk (approx 5kph)

15 min on MY new cross trainer :D

10 min combo of leg magic, ab work and push ups

I was lazy today considering I had the day off from work :oops:
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

30 minutes tae bo get ripped
55 minutes 30 km on exercise bike.

Congrats on your new cross trainer Fiona how are you finding it ?? And which brand did you end up buying if you don't mind saying :)

Hey Tam, I just got a cheapy off ebay, the brand is 'Genki'. Its brand new but a budget one which with postage all up cost me just under $150.

I love ebay for exercise stuff. I also bought a budget leg magic (different name of course) brand new for all up $50 a month or so back. It works great and beats paying $150 for the real mcoy :P
