30min walk/run - mostly walking, only 6-7mins of running but terrain was slopy

20 mins cross trainer

5 mins skipping

10 mins abs/pushups/leg magic

30 mins dancing - dance yourself thin DVD

95 mins, very happy with todays effort :D
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Holy Crap Fee, you just keep raising that bar don't you ? :mrgreen:

Well my accomplishments for today are:

1 & 2 Mile WATP 45 minutes
50 wall push ups 5 minutes
45 crunches 5 minutes
50 bicep curls 5 minutes

Total exercise 60 minutes...really proud of that :D 8)

3.5km walk
30 minute circuit at the gym
Shopping - does this count....pushing the stupid trolley then carrying all the groceries up the stairs...gggrrr... :evil:
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

55 minutes exercise bike
55 minutes bootcamp
35 minutes ab bootcamp
Did some walking around the shops but didn't record it
