45 mins martial arts - wasn't as hard a workout as I was hoping for this morning as we partnerd so only really went hard core half of that time.

10 mins x trainer

10 mins combo of abs, push ups and leg magic

Oh and working for 10hrs on my feet cleaning and running around for what its worth :lol:
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

1 & 2 Mile WATP - 45 mins
Mini Circuit of:
50 Wall Push Ups
50 Step Ups
30 Crunches
100 Bicep Curls 25 minutes

Upper Body Workout 10 minutes

80 minutes :D

3.5 km walk
60 minutes gym circuit (2 x 30 minute classes)

Feel great!!!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

And to think a few weeks ago all 3 of us were struggling with getting our butts moving - who would've thought?!?

Heres to another great day tomorrow girls :D

Hey Ali, i'm SO proud of you for your amazing effort today! It wasn't so long ago that we had to push you to do 30min circuit, now you did that not once but TWICE today as well as a big walk - you're amazing!!!

I really needed that great big kick up the butt! No more doing the easy stuff....I want to push myself! God I'm hurting today - but it's a GREAT hurt!!

10min high intensity bike to finish up...

Didn't even know there was this place... *sheepish* Hehe still the 28th for me.

For my first 15 minute break at work I walked halfway around the large building.

On my lunch, I walked all the way around it.

Hehe on my way to the car after work, I purposely took the long and out of the way, way.

I did some lifts with my dumbbells about 4 reps of 10 on each arm. Then a full body workout (30 mins or so) I was following a video on the internet.

And for the last 2 hours I've been dancing like crazy. *my new favorite thing to do* And its almost midnight. lol

True true! I don't even know how to dance, but yet here I am, wiggling around, jumping around, spinning, doing moves that probably look gross, but work my hips and waist. The hip roll for one. Hahaha

If anyone walked in on me, I'd die. Not to mention I'm in my shorts and sports bra. Good for exercising if I'm ALLLOOONNNE!
