1 hour fat burner aerobics at gym (I can not tell you how sore I am already!)
3.5km walk

So tired....gonna be an early night so I can go back for more pain in the morning... :shock:
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

Well done Ali!

I only did a 30min walk before work this morning, then I worked for 10hrs on my feet and moving around and cleaning pretty much all day so I was too knackered to do anything else when I got home!

I have the weekend off so tomorrow will be a big day for me, Sunday too.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

5.39 km walk
Ab Bootcamp 35 minutes
Tae bo Get Ripped 30 minutes
Tae bo cardio 45 minutes
