Pinch and a punch for the first day of the month
I had a GREAT day today!
40 min walk
30 min dvd dance yourself thin
10 mins x trainer
20 mins home cardio circuit - leg magic, skipping, punching, kicking, push ups, abs etc
20 min horse ride
I *might* do more on the x trainer tonight and will report back anything that I do
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
