Pinch and a punch for the first day of the month :P I had a GREAT day today!

40 min walk

30 min dvd dance yourself thin

10 mins x trainer

20 mins home cardio circuit - leg magic, skipping, punching, kicking, push ups, abs etc

20 min horse ride

I *might* do more on the x trainer tonight and will report back anything that I do :D
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Horse riding 70 minutes its my day off but I will still include the riding :)

45 minute circuit at the gym...and I hurt my knee so might be out of action for a few days... :cry:
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)
