45 mins walking

35 mins home cardio - skipping, leg magic, kicking, punching, push ups, ab work etc

10 mins x trainer.

Total - 90 mins and 400 calories i'll never see again! Though today I did eat just under 1600 calories :oops: All healthy food and I went great until this arvo when I had no energy and NEEDED food and 240 calories later :roll: *sigh* I will make up for it tomorrow though.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

I woke up with my knee the size of a balloon so nothing at all for me today... :evil: :cry:
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

one hour walking
55 minutes bootcamp.
