35 mins home cardio - skipping, leg magic, kicking, punching, push ups, ab work etc
10 mins x trainer.
Total - 90 mins and 400 calories i'll never see again! Though today I did eat just under 1600 calories
All healthy food and I went great until this arvo when I had no energy and NEEDED food and 240 calories later
*sigh* I will make up for it tomorrow though.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
