70 min walk

10 mins jogging on treadmill at 9.5kph
10 mins x trainer
5 mins rower
5 mins bike

20 min horse ride

Total - 2hrs and 527 calories.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

55 minutes Extreme Tae Bo with hand weights and ankle weights
30 minutes ab bootcamp.
