1 hour walk

20 min horse ride

45 min body pump class

All up = 125 mins and 600 calories
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Hey Fiona Im soooooooo Jealous I would love to be able to ride my horse during the week!

60 minutes exercise bike
30 minutes get ripped tae bo
30 minutes ab bootcamp.

Hey Tam, how many horses do you have and what do you do with them? I have 6 but that includes 2 oldies, an 18 month old filly, a broodmare soon to be dressage horse (:P), my main dressage horse and a versatile galloway.

I'm only just bringing my my lot (the 2 boys) back into work after a LOONNNGGGG break with EI and all, hence the short rides.

What breed are your guys? My dressage horse, broodmare and filly are all warmbloods, my galloway is TB x ASH, my oldies are TB and ASH x.
