Treadmill 35min(375cal, 4.4km) Did a jog for nearly 10 minutes. I'm not sure what is better yet. To jog with the incline only on 3 or 4 at 9ks an hour, or to walk at 7.5ks an hour and have the incline up around 15 for that same time. I use more calories, but of course don't do the distance as fast. So I might mix it up a bit. Jog a couple of times a week, well only for about 10 mins cos I am buggered after that!
