Ok so I've fallen off the exercising wagon ... again *sigh*

Today I forced myself to do 80 sit ups / crunches. Im aiming to do 100 by end of week :D

Well done GoddessInside its so hard to get back into exercise when you stop doing it so huge Congrats :)

Don't worry Helen, i've fallen off too - mainly because i've been working long hours and am knackered when I get home.

Yesterday I managed a 30 min walk and 10min home cardio, but I ate waaaayyyyyyyyyyyy over my calories :roll: damn emotional eating :x
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
