I do 30 second skipping in between sets to keep the heart rate up. Apparently the magic behind it is to keep the heart rate up.....skipping can be replaced by treadmill, bike, running etc....anything that gets the heart pumping. I think i need to alternate exercise to kick my body every now and then. BTW- this workout is done in no time!!
