it isnt easy, however, i like to read or listen to music and sing terribly to make the time pass!! and that goes quick for me :D

Friday 21st March
Exercise inspired by the 5 factor diet regime......5factor.com- from an article i read.
Its basically a 25 min workout broken up into 5 min sections.
5 mins- skipping
5 mins- weights
5 mins- lower body- squats and lunges
5 mins- core strength
5 mins- skipping

I do 30 second skipping in between sets to keep the heart rate up.
Apparently the magic behind it is to keep the heart rate up.....skipping can be replaced by treadmill, bike, running etc....anything that
gets the heart pumping.
I think i need to alternate exercise to kick my body every now and then.
BTW- this workout is done in no time!!
