Wed,thurs, fri 20-25 mins skipping and ex bike rotated. Sat- Sun no exercise. (also temporarily turned into the cookie monster) will sweat it out tomorrow!!
ive been pretty slack! on and off exercise for the past few weeks! Yesterday- 20 mins exercise bike, some strength exercises Today- so far 14 mins exercise bike
Today Tuesday 27th May 30 mins 2nd session of week 1 of couch 2 5k... I left 2 full days between sessions because my body was so sore after the first session. However, todays was a much better experience....still tiring but much better.
Yeah i actually am! It can be hard only in that my mind keeps saying...oh its ok...u can stop....but then i keep pushing to finish... Im up to 90 second jogs now and its hard....i start out great but gradually get more tired....my face gets really red with the effort and a lady actually asked me if i was ok! Ah well....i do enjoy it.... Today 2nd June- 30 mins walk/jog Week 2 session 2 of the c25k.
