Been awhile posting here.
Thursday 10th- 30 mins on treadmill....various incline.
Friday 11th- 30 mins treadmill
Saturday 12th- week 1 of the couch to 5k (1).....started again because of weeks off.
Sunday 13th- week 1 of the c25k (2)
Monday 14th- 30mins on treadmill...various incline..speed 5.2k/h

Man i have to keep track better!
Ive been exercising roughly every 2nd day with the c25k thing...
Monday 28th- Week 2 session 2 of c25k......
Tuesday 29th- week 2 extra session cos i felt like it!

Monday 8th- running 32 mins (the actual running was 16 mins- the rest walking)
Tuesday 9th- Tae bo- 40 mins (weights included in this)
Wednesday 10th- running 32 mins (as above) :D

Friday 19th- 32mins jog/walk (alternate 3 min jog 1 1/2 min walk, 5 min jog) X2
Sunday 21st- 32 mins jog/walk (changed to 3X 5 min jogs)
Tuesday 23rd- 32 min jog/walk (as above)
