Today 40 minute walk
20 minute Pilates

Well done Rose, that is a great effort and workout, keep it up :D
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Yesterday 40 minute walk, didn't get in my pilates hubby took me fishing around the time I do it.
Today only got in about 20mins walking :( better than nothing I guess but back on track tomorrow and looking forward to a nice beach walk :)

Didn't get in the beach walk :( BUT still went for 40min walk :D
and 25min pilates :D

Tooooo wet to walk (should have done it this morning instead of waiting till this afternoon) :(
Try for a nice long beach walk tomorrow.

Today 45 minute walk (even in the rain) sooo pleased with myself that I didn't put it off due to bad weather :D
