1hr walk
30 minute Arabic Bellydancing workout (hehe I'm sooo unco!) but worked up a nice sweat.
Maybe another walk this afternoon also

pretty crappy day today, only got in 2 very short walks. Go for a big one tomorrow :?

This weekend's pretty much gone to crap.. my sneakers have blown out and my pilates dvd isn't reading (hopefully hubby can fix that for me though).
New shoes & exercise bike come on Monday, so I guess I'll have to find some different forms of exercise to get me through the weekend :shock:
Today 2 x 20 minute walking
About 10-15 minutes of pilates before the dvd stopped reading.
