Yeah not too bad, still breaking them in alittle, I have a fairly broad foot, so they are often alittle snug around the toes until I wear them in alittle.
Not real sure on the pilates vid, it's very different from the one I was doing but I have another one I also really like to I'm going to alternate it with that one, which will be good cause it will help stop me getting bored with them also :D
I went to get an exercise bike yesterday as well, but they were sold out :( so will try again next week and see if they have anymore in.

Yesterday 40 minute walk and 20 minute walk
Today 30 minute pilates, 40 minute walk
