Walk in the morning around the firebreak with my sister's dog. All was going smoothly until the last km and a roo jumped up and took off into the bush. He is a big dog, bull mastif cross and there was no way I could hold him when a roo jumped a mere 10 metres from him!!! So he was off. So I wandered into the bush a bit and called and called. He came back after about 5 mins or so. Which was good because I thought bugga how am I going to find him! He had no hope of catching the roo because it was a young one and man did it move! I was a bit worried he might catch up to it tho. Thank goodness he didn't. So it was a 2.2km walk which took me about 25 mins, minus the standing around calling him time!!! And then in the afternoon I went on the treadmill for 1hr 45mins! I was so proud of myself for that. It was 13.3km and 1210cal! I could have kept going as well because I felt good but time was getting away and I had to do something about dinner.
