Walked off 300 calories on the treadmill.

Well done Dolly. How did your knees go???

Treadmill for 45mins......just didn't have the energy so much yesterday so quit when I got to 40 mins. Actually when I was at 20 mins I wanted to give up but then thought no I will go to 30 mins and then do my cool down for 5 mins but then a good song came on the radio so I ended up not starting my 5 mins of cool down til 40 mins! So that ended up being alright. It was 5.7km and 470cal.

Knee is in agony, will not be able to walk for a while, I hope this sciatic nerve pain from my knee to my hip goes away soon. This cold weather isn't helping much either.
