Treadmill for 45mins......just didn't have the energy so much yesterday so quit when I got to 40 mins. Actually when I was at 20 mins I wanted to give up but then thought no I will go to 30 mins and then do my cool down for 5 mins but then a good song came on the radio so I ended up not starting my 5 mins of cool down til 40 mins! So that ended up being alright. It was 5.7km and 470cal.
