Haven't been around for a little while, will try to remember back...
Wednesday - didn't ride too windy, played badminton as a fill in
Thursday - nothing, worked and drove to Devonport
Friday - Walked around the bluff and into Town and back with a friend, spent the afternoon shovelling stuff into the cement mixer, 1/2 hour on exercise bike
Saturday - nothing, drove to East coast
Sunday - 1hr walk around the blue tier
Monday - 30 min walk to Bay of Fires
Tuesday - walking around town for 2 hrs shopping and cleaning house
Wednesday - rode to work and back
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
