ok today I went for a 1 hour walk and did some weights in the morning, I plan to do the same 2morro but just the weight on my legs 2morro
Stating date is 17th March 2008
SW: 91.1kg
CW: 88.1kg
GW: 68kg
Short Term Goal: 85 kg

FAILED
New starting date is 1st July 2009

Starting weight: 91.1kg
Amount of weight lost: 4.1kg
Current weigt loss: 87kg
Short term goal: 85kg
Long term goal: 68kg

today I guess I just went for a 45min walk and will do some leg weights, and I may go on the exercise bike for 15mins

I like to go for runs in the morning, but it has been too dark in the morning to go, so I usually go after work, but lately it's been getting dark then too, so I've been getting up at 5:45 am and put on one of my fitness DVD's if I have time I may still go for a run, we'll see how that goes

need to start exercising, so I challenge myself to exercise at least once this week.
