I feel like I need to record this so I can keep a closer eye on my exercise so I'm going to start doing an exercise diary.

100 x squats
80 x leg magic
1 x 15 min other exercises (leg lifts & arm exercises)
1 x 40 min walk
1 x 25 min walk

1 x 1hr 25 min walk
1 x 40 min walk
50 x squats
100 x leg magic
1 x 10 min other exercises (leg lifts & arm exercises)

Not bad effort. I'm determined to make up for last weeks 300gm gain & weigh in day is tomorrow :shock:

1 x 50 min Walk

Pedometer read 11400 by the end of the day

Sun 30th March

1 x beach walk (didn't time it as we were taking our time & strolling)
1 x swim (about 30 mins)

Forgot to wear my pedometer

Again that's it! I have family staying with us at the moment so hard to get much in. They go home today so will be back into the exercise tomorrow.

You gotta remember that is better then nothing! You could have spent that time sitting at home doing nothing and munching on food with everyone but you didn't. Well done on still making an effort!

True! Thanks Tarz. Sometimes you forget that its still a lot more that what I was going 2 months ago.

Also I just realised I wrote walk but it was actually a bike ride. Must have been half asleep when I wrote that!!
