Rode up the pipeline track today with my bike class. Got the bike all muddy so came back and did some cleaning and maintenance before going to K-Mart and getting 2 pairs of size (wait for it) 14 trackies to replace my old baggy size 18's.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
