rode to work and back.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Treadmill for 1hr 10 mins(8.7km, 730cal). Should have been more in that time but took the incline down to talk on the phone for a while!!! Cant keep the speed and incline up if I am talking on the phone as well!!!
