Tammylee's Exercise Diary

Ok so Im back again after having a break and although I haven't stopped exercising I haven't been doing enough. My weight has been jumping around some what and its time to get back on the wagon (again LOL) So with all injuries healed I'm hoping to finally get close to my goal weight this time!

So for today I did a nice 5 km walk.

Didn't rain today so my bike ride was much nicer, 12 km. And a one hour walk.
