I've decided that since today is the first day in ages I haven't had to do anything, and because it's raining outside, I'm treating myself do a day of not doing much at all.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

It's good to have a day of rest, then we can shock the socks off our bodies by re introducing exercise to it on Mondays

Well I really didn't feel like doing anything this morning but thought I had better as I still had 5ks to get for my walking log. So onto the treadmill it was for 45 mins, 5.6ks. So at least I got to my goal of 50km this week. I might be harder on myself next week and make my goal 52 or something. Or maybe even 55 to put the pressure on myself!

Thanks Dolly and Kim. I am going to make 53kms for my challenge this week. And try to get to about 8.3km in the hour on the treadmill. Plus over 600 calories in the hour. Tho I am trying not to be too concerned with the calories, but if I slowly start to increase the incline it will give me more of a workout. When I have been running I am sticking with 2 or 3 on the incline. But when I walk I have it on about 10, and if I'm not planning on running then I push it up to the max of 15 for a while!
