Treadmill 1hr, 8.3km and 640cal.

Alex had a go on the treadmill today and the little bugger was sprinting at 10.5ks an hour!!! He did 2.9ks. So I am adding them in for my trip to Singapore. I told him he has got to help me get there cos at this rate I won't be getting there next year either!

Hi Rochelle. How old is Alex? Nice going on 8.3 km in an hour. Thats some going.

Alex is nearly 11. Then my daughter Ashleigh (nearly 9) got on and sprinted at 10.5 as well!!! Put me totally to shame. Might have to try a sprint sometime in the near future! You should have seen his poor face, it was bright red. I think he only lasted about 30 sec doing the sprint. But I am glad they are getting on it, as long as they don't do anything stupid, and don't fight over it!
This afternoon I also went for a walk around the firebreak, 2.2km. It took me 25 mins.

rode to work and back.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
